How does my Organisation Join the Medical Scheme

Submit Application

Write a letter to the CEO requesting registration.

Provide Documentation

Include official documents showing the salary structure for three consecutive months, tax declaration from RRA, and relevant certificates/licenses.

Number of Dependents

Declare the number of legally recognized dependents (spouse and children).

Ensure Legal Requirements

Obtain necessary certificates/licenses from relevant authorities such as RDB, MINALOC, Rwanda Cooperative Agency, etc.

Minimum Employee Requirement

Have at least seven employees in the institution.

Membership Obligations

Adhere to the requirement of taking membership for all employees and ensure timely declaration of medical contributions.
